Production Engineer


Job Contents:

* Ensure the proper completion of projects within the agreed time and budget (capital investment projects)
* Optimize existing equipment to increase efficiency, capability, and capacity
* Involve directly in medium term development of production unit
* Coordinate task forces with to improve production unit performance (Overall Equipment Effectiveness and mechanical uptime ratio) following industrial policy and operational guidelines
* Coordinate development of new tools or methods and ensure that their performance comply with required quality, output (efficiency) and safety upon implementation

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical Engineering
* Have minimum 3 years working experience within production environment (from FMCG industry preferable)
* Advance in Ms. Office
* Strong command in English, both written and oral
* Possess strong orientation in safety and quality, technical and mechanical knowledge is a must
* Competence in time management, project management, cost conscientious, coordination and communication skill are preferred
* Will be placed in Ciracas factory
